also try weighing down some cucumber, cut along its length.. but take a spoon and remove the seeds and mush that surrounds them, when they decay they can send the tank cloudy. all my fish love it when i feed my snails cucumber :)

all fish need some kind of greenary in their diet, some take it from just algae, some plants, some rely solely on the broad content of flake. angel fish can be big plant nibblers though, as can barbs.. so much so that my angel fish had to go on holiday after they managed to chomp through an 8...

I love Oto's as well :) I have about 4. Go careful though, they need alot of food, 1 oto per 10 gallons is about the water volumn you need before you start adding food. Mine love cucumber sunk in the bottom of the tank, as do my snails.

i love bristlenose's .. i might give it ago, theres nothing better than a plec for keeping your glass tiptop. if it goes wrong, i can always let my neighbour have it :) alot of my fish seem to be ending up there. all my fish get fed home grown cucumber.. omg they love it so
