That sounds like what is happening with mine.
If I use the same timer for the lights then it seems to work fine. So unless the fault is very intermitent (sp?) then I can't help but think that something more expensive has gone wrong!

Do you have any experience with 24/7 injection? At the moment I'm running the CO2 agin at a level that stays blue/green on the drop checker and have been for 24 hours. Do you think this would be providing sufficient? Or should I still aim for green/yellow? I guess...
