    contact tetratec my 1200 wasn't leaking but head unit was filling with water... they replaced the bit the pipes connect to... this fixed it. anyway the support was great and it's worth a go. Chris

    25 Times Turnover = Cloudy Water?

    how cloudy is it? I've had green water algae which was very white and cloudy, looked like a bacteria bloom but lasted ages and was cleared up with a UV. 200 pots!!!!! :clap:

    Fluval 405 arrived instead of EX1200...

    I've had an issue with The Living Seas telling me stuff would be in stock in the next few days, then not letting me know when it didn't come in. End up getting a refund and buying elsewhere. Funnily enough it was also a tetratec 1200 hmmmm :)
