Thanks hoggie, but this is exactly what I had done! from where I had the tube from the reg to the solenoid it kept splitting the tube after and hour or so after the solenoid kicked in. I'm using jbl co2 tubing so thought it would withstand the pressure build up?! I think I might be able to...
I recently bought this solenoid value

How would you suggest to fit the solenoid? I've been having some difficulty with it!?

It's is blue and on the bottle it says co2 indactor maybe it's already been mixed? I'm going to get a bottle of bromo blue just be on the safe side.

Well its been running for around 2 and half months and there is no sign of algae and the plants are healthy so I suppose Its fine.

I'm running a Colombo flora-grow in a 28l tank with light on for 7 hours a day, my bubble counter is reading 1 bp2s and my drop checker is slightly dark green do I need to up the co2?

I've been using the fluval 20g in a 28l and it did last 2 months with the standard diffuser but I have upgraded the diffuser to a ceramic and it only lasted a week, so it's definitely better to go big ( which I'm going to do)
