How many bubbles in 28l

I'm running a Colombo flora-grow in a 28l tank with light on for 7 hours a day, my bubble counter is reading 1 bp2s and my drop checker is slightly dark green do I need to up the co2?

If you don't have algae & your plants look healthy then no.

Well its been running for around 2 and half months and there is no sign of algae and the plants are healthy so I suppose Its fine.
Thanks for the help, I was just unsure.
