I know it's best to turn CO2 on about an hour or so before lights go on, so it's well distributed and ready for waiting for plants when they start photosynthesising, but does the same apply for adding fets to a tank?
In my preparation for starting off my new tank as emerged I read the following:
" mist the plants ... with a NPK and trace solution 2x a week "
Can anyone tell me what products I could use to do this? I'm not fussed whether it's making up a solution from dry powders or an all in one like TPN...
I'm hoping to run low tech, and EI sounds like something I don't really want to get involved in. Ideally I'd like to be able to get away with dsoing ferts no more than once a week, so is there something other than root tabs that might be appropriate?
