Well nearly a week on from planting and all is fine apart from the Blyxa which has melted away. Crypts in the tank appear fine and other plants appear to show signs of growth. Will Blyxa recover? There are two areas of it in the tank on either side. Bizarrely it's the group nearest the diffuser...

Can anyone give any indication of how big an area a single pot of the most common carpeting plants will cover? I haven't decided yet on my plant choices for my tank, but am planning to have a foreground carpet of some sort and wondered how many pots I may have to order. Thanks in advance.
