40cm Iwagumi Scape

Hi Everyone,

I decided to get back into aquascaping again and downscale (tank size), to a Crystal Red Shrimp tank.

Tank Size - 40cmx28cmx26cm 24 Litres
Substrate - ADA Aquasoil Amazonia
Filtration - Eden 501 300 LPH
Lighting - 24w T5 Tube
CO2 - Easylife EasyCarbo
Fertiliser - Tropica Specialised Fertiliser
Hardscape - Mini Landscape Rocks
Plants - Hemianthus Callitrichoides
Inhabitants - Crystal Red Shrimp (and may be a pair of Stiphodon sp.)



The plants should be coming on Friday hopefully.

Hi Everyone,

I got my HC today and quickly planted it up.

Day 1


Hopefully when the ammonia levels are 0, I can then start to add some shrimp. I am also going to wait till the HC has established it roots before I start to clean the rocks.
