Ive seen far worse. Im thinking though that the amount of rock you have is a bit dominant. a triangular pile in the filter corner might be another consideration for you to give a bit more open space. It might make things look a bit less crowded :) BUT If you like it then dont change a thing. I firmly believe that you own it, you look at it, so if you like it keep it :thumbup:
 
It's a good start everything seems to be happy for only four weeks. Maybe some moss of some description will soften the edges of the rock a bit, but having said that when the plants fill out the rock may not be as dominating.

looks better with less rock my self i like mosses for covering rocks
