A new concept, a substrateless shrimp aquarium

This started off as an experiment in an old aquastart 320 as a home for Taiwan bee shrimp.

The photo quality isn't great due to using my tablet. For the next one I will use a decent camera and more time.

I will get some better pictures of the tank and shrimps put up in the next couple of days. The second version of this idea is in the very early stages in a record 600.

I will use this journal to keep people up to date on both aquariums as they progress and also the shrimp keeping attempt.

Looks good mate, I'd be happy a happy shrimp wiping my boots on that.:D
 
The moss ball carpet looks sweet! Possibly a plan for a future shrimp tank!
