Adapting regulator advice

I have a regulator from way back in the day not sure of the make but it was built for the aquarium, it ran on the 16gram sparklet bulbs like those used in home brewing but unfortunately the canister holder which was a cheap plastic cross threaded and no longer would tighten enough to seal the bottle. Just wondering if anyone knows of fitting I could get hold of that would convert the end making it possible to use with a disposable 600grm canister



I know it has no gauges but I could live with that.
