Aggressive Neons

In the last couple of days I've increased the temp in my tank to 26-27c.
I'm not surprised to see my Neons a bit more active (along with some of the other fish) but there have been some definite signs of aggression ... which I've never seen in Neons.

There are possible other health issues in the tank, but is this something I should specifically be worried about?

My neons always dart back and forth appearing to but one a other but I've always had that. I think it's pretty normal and my temp is always at 26
