Can anybody tell me a specific double sponge filter model that would be compatible (in terms of piping diameter) with the Aquael Pat Mini or Circulator 500 powerheads? I've bought a Superfish double sponge filter but the piping diameter doesn't fit either Aquael powerhead, even with the 12mm reducer that comes with the 500.
I'm currently attempting a combination of Gorilla superglue gel and aquarium silicone bonding to attach the 500 to the Superfish piping, and whilst it seems OK, I'm unsure of the longevity.
