Amazonia version?

I am just about ready to start scaping my new UNS 45u but need to buy some substrate. I am currently using amazonia version 2 in my 60p but wasn't sure the real difference between the regular version and this one? I searched the forum and there doesn't seem to be a lot of information but the big differences seem to be less ammonia spike and reduced cloudiness? Interested in trying the regular Amazonia this time but Version 2 has been fine for me so if it's not broke don't fix it....
 
Amazonia II gives you the root tabs which you can take your time to insert (i.e. you don't have to add all the root tabs at one go), thus reducing the risk of ammonia spike.
