AQUAEL 20 lite filter flow rate

Hi. I have an AQUAEL 20 litre nano tank. It has been running for two months. My question is does anyone know the turnover of the filter? It is adjustable but from what to what? I would like to reduce the flow a bit for my blue bolts but am worried it will affect the water quality. Thanks

If it’s the Pat Mini, then max flow is 400L per hour.
