Bald patch on the lawn

There is a patch on my dwarf hairgrass carpet that keeps getting dug up by Amano. It established and grew really well at first but isn't looking so good now. I replant this with bits from the back and it gets uprooted every time.

I haven't changed lighting or ferts from when it was first growing. It might need more light, as now got floating plants.
