Best co2 regulator for co2 cylinders

I don’t use CO2 but until someone else comes along with something definitive, this site has some good information on everything CO2. Might be worth a read.
There’s also quite a bit of useful chat on the topic on BARR REPORT sometimes like this.
The general consensus is to buy the best you can afford.

Thanks very much will have a look.

I have Strideways Pro Plus and CO2Art Pro Se, both dual stage regulators, I prefer the Strideways as it has a better needle valve for dialing in the CO2. I've read some people speak positively of the regulators from CO2 Supermarket but I've no experience with them.

They all look very similar and considering pressure regulation of CO2 is pretty much a completed technology, is it plausible that they all just get built in the same factory by the same people?

Form as they say follows function. In practical terms there are probably only a couple of ways of providing the function efficiently?
There are though often subtle differences if you look carefully. Look at these two.

Both are dual stage regulators. The first one though is under half the price of the other. I also prefer the clearly marked red zone on the gauge. This clearly shows when the bottle is nearly empty. Buyers choice though. Could they be made in the same factory? I suppose so but I doubt it. It wouldn’t be the first time I was wrong though! 😊

If you can buy the UNS Pro Series regulator, I would suggest it (it’s also a dual stage regulator) with a better needle valve than the CO2 Art models.

JMHO
