Best position for diffuser/atomiser

Continuing to plan the rescape and am wondering where is best to place the diffuser. I've had to keep the juwel internal filter rather than get an external as funds short (long story ). I was thinking best placed on the filter box under the outlet so the rising bubbles are pushed around the tank?

I'll probably get a small pump as used in marine tanks to increase flow if required, so not sure where to place that either.

Hi, you can either place the diffuser underneath the filter outlet so that the bubbles rise up and then get blown all over the tank. Or you can place the diffuser on the opposite end to where the filter is so that the bubbles get blown downwards by the current.

Thanks, once setup I'll try both locations and see which distributes the CO2 bubbles around the whole tank best.
