Hi all,
I'm pretty sure the Black Widow Tetra will be OK with the Ember Tetras, but will eat the cherry shrimps, unless there is a lot of cover. The plus side is that they are quite mid/surface orientated. If you want to breed them they are easy to condition with Grindal worms, Daphnia and wingless fruit flies, although if you've had them for a while they have probably passed their reproductive peak.
cheers Darrel
