Hi there have just purchased some of these from Aquatic Live show. Would appreciate any tips on how to grow!

Keep the light level low to keep the algaes from invading it. Soft slightly acid water is better. And I like ramshorn snails to keep the algae (including BBA) at bay. But ideally put them above the water line

Thanks for the tips Frothhelmet. I am growing some on wire and some on wood, do you think they would establish quicker if emersed?

Hard to say. They may need an immersed to emmersed transition time.
