Buying stuff from zooplus DE

Hello all

I have a zooplus UK account, but have noticed the prices on the German site are a decent bit cheaper.
Can I log into the DE site & buy stuff with my existing UK account and has anyone tried this before or do I need to register a new account with the German zooplus site?

Yes, the accounts are interlinked so you need to log in with the existing account.

I thought you needed to get your account deleted in the uk then create a new account in de....

Not if you sign up with your old e-mail. It will say you are already registered.

It works out quite a bit cheaper - If you spend over 140 euros you are allowed to enter a code "Sammelbestellerrabatt 7%" that gets you an extra 7% off. I get 5% off automatically so I will get the eheim 2075 for around £147 after the bank charges me for currency conversion.
