Ok so i got home today to find my nano rather cloudy. Last night it was very clear. I have only had it filled for 2 days. Any thoughts on this occurrence?
This, Is it a new tank, is it stocked or added too recently?
Set up a nano, and used water from another tank, and after a few water changes introduced my rasboras, all well for a week+. This weekend introduced 4 pygmy corys and did a water change and next noticed a little smokyness in the water. But not that bad, not sure if it was the water change or the new inhabitants stress on the bio load. Happened a few years ago for me last and it dissapeared after 48hrs.
All seems to be fine now, when adding a black background i could see like a white 'smoke' moving around the tank which i assumed was the bacterial bloom, I've since turned down the photoperiod and my tank is very clear 🙂
