Take down a 30cm cube I set last year and start a new project

I only reuse the spider wood, while rocks have been used for another 25cm cube below

This is how new layout looks like (I was little lazy for a proper photo shoot. Just phone shooting)

The layout has

1. Lava rock
2. Yellow-ish sand
3. A branch of spider wood
4. Akadama aquatic soil and local dyi soil (promoting red plant)

Plant list has yet been decided as I am checking local LFS stock availability

What’s that planted in if that makes sense? Stuck to rocks, or you’ve substrate between them?

I like the effect

It’s Monte Carlo (emersed from). It’s planted in substrate , glued on rock surface and stuck too

Having looked at my scapes and pictures, I found they need more touch and details. Have my hands dirty again. And this is my final and official hardscapes
