dennerle v arcadia

At present I am using Dennerle Trocal lamps in my Rio 125,but the current economic climate makes them a bit dear
for a retired person. I thought of changing to Arcadia J5 plant pro but are they any good?

Just about any bulb that fits works the same as the expensive bulbs.

As ceg says, it's just the same as any ol' bulb as long as the spectrum is what you like the plants tend to do well.
If keeping costs down is paramount then lampspecs should be your first port of call.
