Disposable to FE Conversion

It's that time again for a new disposable bottle, I promised myself before this one had run out I would find a way of using this 2kg FE I got hold of ages ago.
Any suggestions? I'm not sure whether to go down the route of a totally new set or trying to convert what I already have.

Thanks guys I did have a look at that before posting but if the pic is right it's confusing. The disposable has a male thread on so how would this fit both the bottle and the FE?

Ok I got my converter Advice please, do I need to use any ptfe on anything? There is a nylon washer on the horn part I removed from the FE will I be needing to put this back on to the adapter or no?
