I've started a low tech tank (link to Journal in my footer) and it looks as though I'm getting to grips with the the requirements of the plants and overall maintenance, water changes, etc.
It's a 60 litre aquarium and I'm considering if it is worth me starting some DIY CO2 to help with growth.
I've done a lot of reading around the subject on here and other forums and can see there is a wealth of information. That said, a lot of the content is quite old so I was wondering if anyone still used DIY CO2?
I'd likely be following the example in Mark's Aquatics YouTube video :
I saw that George Farmer was using an Aquario Neo-CO2 unit in a nano tank but there was not much a review of the unit by George and I don't think he has posted a direct follow up on that tank yet.
I'd really appreciate anyone's thoughts on this. Thanks.
