Do I need a Needle Valve?

Oh and Hi everyone. Been a serial lurker on here for a while now. Been reading lots and trying to get all the info I need for my impending 200ltr planted tank.

I have just purchased most of the things I need for my co2 system but im not sure if i need a needle valve.

I bought this reg:

Ive also ordered a bubble counter, drop checker, co2 tubing, non return valves, and a up atomizer. Do I need anything else?

yes you need a needle valve

so does the regulator not control the flow of co2? I thought that would be what the yellow "tap" type thing on the end was?

That only opens the valve, you need a needle valve to reduce the flow of Co2 to your diffuser.
