Do I trim these ?

In the picture below there are tendril like things sprouting from the plant - do I just trim these off ?

Sorry cant remember the name of the plant

I personally like the roots hanging down like that but you can trim them off if you find them an eyesore I have done so in the past but beware they grow back with vengeance!

Why not trim your Alternanthera at this time ?? cut right under the node .........and you have rooted cuttings to plant.......
