Does glute react with EI?

Hi guys,

Changed water today and added macro straight after. Then I added glute fairly close to adding the macro. Can these 2 react if they are not properly dispersed? My water has gone cloudy.

Shouldnt react liquid feeds are just pre mixed ei salts and should be compatable with all glute based products.
Did you use tap for water change. It could be a bloom from large water change. My clown tank does this when i change more than 50% in one go

Yea I used tap water pal.

Thing is I always use tap water, always do 50%. It's strange.

Water boards scour pipework and sometimes they dont purge them enough when theyve finished and it clouds the water. It looks a bit like when you start a new tank and you get a bloom. Fill a pint glass from tap and have a look

I've seen it once a while ago but thought it was a reaction between calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate making virtually insoluble calcium carbonate.

I changed all the water that day lol.
