dosing help please

hi guys
Can any one help me please,I have a 55 gallon tank,co2 injection,t8 lighting,exrternal and internal filters ,lights are on 8 hrs a day,co2 6 hrs a day.I want to use the following ferts KnO3,KH2PO4,k2SO4 can some one tell me how much of each in grams i need to use ,i want to dose x3 aweek with a50% water change every sunday .I whould be very gratefull if someone could help me.
