Hi guys

I recently bought the Pro SE complete kit from yourselves, it comes with the 4dkh drop checker solution which aims for lime green at 30ppm co2.
I've been advised on the forum here that as i don't have a strong light to aim for 15ppm to start with but then i wont have lime green colour in the drop checker.
Whats the best way around this? Is there a 2dkh solution i can buy?

From a first time user so i'd appreciate some help!

Thank you

James

Ok thanks guys, I did think that might be an option but wanted to make sure.

Can i use boiled and cooled water instead?

Also a little unsure of how much liquid to put in the drop checker, it says fill to half way but its an odd shape so half way isn't very clear!
@dw1305 can i use the PH solution from a test kit is that not the same stuff?

Cheers

Hi @EA James

I could let you have a small amount of distilled water and, possibly, a few drops of bromothymol blue. Perhaps we could arrange for you to pop round to my place and collect some. We'd obviously need to observe the Coronavirus precautions but I would have thought that entirely possible. PM me if you wish.

JPC :)
