Electronic Ballasts

Hi All,
For my new build, i plan on using 2 2*24w Dali Dimmable ballasts connected to my GHL Profilux.
I plan on using 2 of these: Osram Quicktronic Dali Ballast

I've read around that some ballasts can cause Interference for standard Radio/TV, would these cause any interference?

I would also like to be able to keep these units in my cabinet, rather than in the hood, or hanging off the back of the tank, but the tank is 30" tank, so is it ok to have such a long amount of cable between the ballast and tubes?

Electronic ballast I think no.. other older magnetic ballast types could. You will have no problem with cable length.

Thanks Radik, A Short and Sweet answer answers both my questions. All i need now is an Aluminium box, and some plugs/switches.
