Emersed Moss?

Im starting an Emersed bowl to grow grow HC and breed my shrimps, the bowl is about 2G and i was wondering if i can tie moss to a rock and just spray it a few times a day, its in another tank atm. I would be spraying using a solution of Florena ferts and water.

I am currently growing Christmas moss emersed. I just spray with normal water and it grows just fine,check my link.
