Erratic bubble count

Hi, I have just replaced my empty 2kg Jbl fot new. Noticed a problem in that the bube count I very erratic indeed, whereas before I exchanged the bottler a few hours ago, it was fine. Does anyone have any suggestions please? Thanks Nigel
