External co2 reactor and bubbles per second

Hello,

This is my current co2 setup but since I have a somehow inaccurate liquid ph test I ak unsure of whether there is enough of a ph drop since I cant read the ph properly. I useing that on my APS filter... reducing flow but is nice ...

I also have tube with cigarete filter stuck in the intel.

Ah right that one, it's a shame they don't make one for 15/20 hosing.

since I have increased the co2 injection the reactor has more gas in it and is half filled with gas and half with water...does it look ok or is it wrong for a reactor to work like this?

I used exactly same ...

If you set it up after clening filter or for first time try to turn the reactor upside down...

If this does not help then you pumping too much CO2 for the flow of your filter / pump,,,,

So I might not be dissolving as much co2 as I am pumping?

You might notice bubles coming from your spray bar... However it is all depends how your PH profile looks like... Do you need the extra CO2? Also can you stand the sound of water etc.

Oh yes the tank is in the extra bedroom so no problem with sound

No extra bubbles coming from spraybar...just tge reactor is half full of co2 gas and I don't know if the co2 is dissolved efficiently

well you loosing some Co2 thats for sure the question is. Is it good enough for your plants?

Yes you can remove some of the media specially filter flos and / or cut the filter hose if you can

My filter has more power...I can adjust it to have more flow...I am a bit concerned though for uprooting the plants...

Well as long as you not gonna turn your tank to washing machine I think you should be ok. Try to up it a bit and see if that's help. Better flow will definitely help the reactor.
