Extra circulation: how much l/h?

Hi guys

I'm planning on rescaping my dad's Cichlid tank. The tank size is 150cmx50x50 (about 350l). I want to buy an extra pump to create more circulation. How much l/h should I aim for?

If it's not planted with co2 etc then just get a filter specific for that tank size. If your going down the co2 fert route etc then try to aim for 5 to ten times total tank volume in flow

It will be a non-CO2 tank with a few plants. The tank has some dead spots and floating "stuff", I think extra circulation will solve this.
