feeding nettles

hello i have got some dried nettle leaves comming from ebay ,do i put some in boiling water first or striaght into the tank?

Sorry couldn't resist. I've not heard about nettles for tanks before, alder cone and katappa leaves yes, nettles hmm.

Never tried the dried leaves, but can vouch for the shrimps love of fresh nettle leaves. I boil them first to soften and use only the young fresh shoots from the tip of the plants.
