Filter problem

I've just replaced the impeller, shaft & shaft rubbers on my filter (Eheim Professional 2) but since changing these the flow of my filter has reduced quite a lot.

Anybody got any sugestion's what could be the cause of this or has anybody had the same problem?.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Got it lol, remembered i had a bag of activated carbon under my bottom tray & found it underneath the intake pipe when I took the trays out
