As long as the water is roughly the same and it's been well cycled for a about 6/8 week there should be no problem. Just add the fish the way you would if getting them from the shop. Gradually adding a bit of the new water. Maybe worth your while doing a couple of extra water changes for the next few weeks just in case you get an ammonia spike. From the co2 point of view if the fish haven't been exposed to highish levels before try for lime green drop check and gradually increase the co2 a bit at a time. Everything wants to be done slowly, fish don't like sudden change of any kind.
