Fissidens through wire mesh?

Just wondering how well fissidens grows through wire mesh? I've not grown it before and didn't realise quite how much it is willing to go floating around the tank!

I've had it tied to mesh and it grew well. I used clear jewelry making thread

Actually use this to tie everything in the tank.

I use fishing-line to tie up ( or down) Fissidens too..... works like a treat every time
