flow per hour

Morning everyone. Can someone please advise if I need to worry to much, I currently have my planted tank running and looking pretty good, my filter does not have the power to run at 10 x the capacity of the tank, with this I have a flow pump to assist and all seems to be working and looking well, however last night when turning the flow pump slightly it completly broke off the holder (snapped off clean) I am going to speak with the online company today as plastic should not do this by any means.
My problem however is, will my tank be ok with less flow for a week or so untl I sort this out, I have reduced lighting at present (6 hours) I dose Co2 and EI.

If you've reduced the lighting then yes it should be fine as youve reduced demands straight off. Maybe up water changes just a little as the filter alone may not be lifting up detritus etc.

id try also reducing lighting intensity as this is more damaging if c02 is less readily available
