Fluval 405 ? Rena xp4 ?

hello as stated above i want to no your opinion on both the fluval 405 and the Rena xp4 all any other filters with the same lph or higher

The ex1200 is a very good filter.

i have one with a fx5, but the ex1200 leaks from the canster head and also where you put the pipes on the aqua stop

In my limited experience with similar filters in the Fluval range and Rena range, I'd personally ot for the fluval, and swap the tubing over to silicone. I didn't like the Rena we had to use at the Festival of Fishkeeping a few years back.

That being said, I don't really like the fluvals that much either :?

Have you looked at the Superfish Aqua Pro 4? Also, Maidenhead Aquatics have started stocking a range of filters exclusive to them. No idea what they're like, but Luis (Ghostsword) bought one recently.
