fluval Roma, which external upgrade ?

I've been running my tetratec ex700 for a year or so now on my 125L.
But I've known for some time that turnover in my tank (heavily planted) isn't enough. So what upgrade would you more experienced peeps recommend. I'm thinking JBL e1501, tetratec ex1200, or fluval 306. All of those are in my price range. Any thoughts ?

Got the tetratec ex1200 works great with the roma 125l. The only little issue is that the outlet is a a little short and you have to fill the tank right up. I did do a little mod and added a bit of tube between the return bend and the spraybar angle to lower the spray bar.

I would recommend the Fluval 306

I have the same decision to make! I think I am going to get the e1501. It was only between that and the Eheim 350 pro for me.
