Foam For Eheim 2262/2260/1500 XL Filters

Does anyone know of a source of foam (preferably in various densities and thicknesses) for the Eheim 2260/2262/1500XL filters? Basically it requires 30cm/12" round foam pads but I haven't been able to find something like that yet (other than a DIY solution that will likely not turn out round).

I have heard some people using this guy, who should custom-cut foam and ship to Canada. I have not used them personally (I am in UK. and he does not ship there), but maybe it's worth checking out?
