Gone but not forgotten

This was my first ever "real" aquascape (60P). After about a year or so I decided that there were more issues than good so I took it down and now working on a re-scape.
Old Setup:
ADA 60P
ADA ES300
Co2 tank & some random mini diffuser the store employee said would work fine
Eheim Surface skimmer (love this thing)
Twinstar Ver. 3 SM (60cm)

For the rescape I'm going RO, upgrading to an Oase BioMaster 600 Thermo & getting a proper-sized diffuser for this tank. Hopefully, my plants don't blow away!
If anyone here has used SeaChem purigen lmk your thoughts on it!
Going to turn the ADA super jet into a luxury aquarium vacuum for the 60p and/or eventually put it in a 30l tank.
