good first choice?

hi, im new to large tanks and i have acquired a 200l aquarium. im planning to do a high tech amazon theme with co2. would this lighting be enough?

Silver T5 Aquarium Light 120cm
Measurements: 120 X 18 X 6 cm
Fits up to 123cm length tanks
Power: 108W (2 X 54W)

i make that out as just over 2wpg of t5 light? would this be adequate?
