Phosphoric acid is a pH buffer widely used in aquarium.
Sodium Salicylate seems to be low in aquatic toxicity,
please correct me if I'm wrong (Daphnia magna EC50 230 PPM/24hr, \
Leucisus idus LC50 90PPM/48hr).
Both of them are used as stabilisers for H2O2. Buy a food grade one if you want just H2O2
and water, no stabiliser.
But why don't they list the percentage of H2O2? I wouldn't use it just for this reason.
