H2O2 concentration

What concentration of H2O2 is worth buying?
A local pharmacist sells 3%, 6% and 9% but says you can get 50% from hair dressers' suppliers.

I've seen a recommendation for making up a 1:150 solution (IIRC) for cleaning aquarium equipment, but with no mention of what solution you're starting with.
Any thoughts?

As a hairdresser myself the strongest you can get is12%
if it's for tank cleaning then I would say that 6% would definitely be strong enough

Its very effective at killing algae too, spot dosing it, but needs to be like 1-2% and clean the dosed areas after wards and perform a water change.

Thanks LondonDragon, but I couldn't see any mention of concentration for cleaning things before they go in the tank, only about treating algae.

For cleaning equipment 3% is more than enough, just dip the stuff for 5-10min and rinse, don't use anything higher than that for the aquarium.
