Hi all

I've joined as I feel the need to have a stunning planted tank instead of the cr*p one I have at the moment been lurking for a few days reading a few bits

For my sins my main passion is Discus and I have the Grand Champion from the 2011 British and international Discus Show that I have raised since he was 6cm and he's now 20cm so I know a little about maintenance routines and water changes So I thought it time to educate myself about aquarium plants and their care

Your wish is my command The first is a pic of myself with my "Big Fella" and his rosettes

this is a quick snap of the "Big Fella" a couple of weeks before the show where I had him on his own so he would feel ok at the show as they are normally a shoaling fish and find security in numbers
