Help Whats wrong with my Houseplant

Its a fatsia japonica ive had it roughly 6 weeks
It’s produced lots of new leaves but one of the largest has a problem on it

If it just one leaf then don't worry too much. On the picture rest of leafs look good. To me it looks like heat damage. Is it close to radiator? Fatsia don't do well indoors. Dry air will kill it.

Its not near any heat source and its slowly creeping up the leaf
I bought it from a garden centre in their house plant area Yep it was an impulse buy

Home central heating doesn't help, l had trouble with the easiest of plants Peace Lily and reading about a way to give them a little humidity by putting several plants together in a cooler area, they did improve a lot but still not as good as the ones in water above the aquariums
